Event Description:
Confederation of Indian Industry along with SurgeForth Technologies as a knowledge partner is pleased to launch the 1st edition of “Innovator 2009”– an event aimed at identifying and showcasing the innovative ideas of graduate & post graduate students from engineering, arts, science and management streams in the southern region.
Background:
Innovator 2009 aims at bringing out the Innovative technical, business and social ideas from students; that can make a difference for society and in the area of environment sustainability. The event also provides an opportunity for the Industry to peruse innovative ideas from students, encourage and nurture the best ideas towards implementation.
Who can contest?
? The competition is open to students from the following areas:
? Engineering – All branches of engineering
? Science – Students specializing in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science and Computer Applications
? Management - All areas of specialization
? Arts & Commerce – All areas of specialization.
? There is no restriction regarding the student’s year of study.
? The competition is open to both undergraduate and post graduate students.
? Number of students per team – Maximum of five students; Minimum of 1 student.
